 Our History
Our predecessor was Fenyang city Fenzhou walnut food Co., Ltd., which was specialized in walnut processing. From 2000 we mainly produce walnut shell series product and change name to Fenyang Sunshine Industry Co.,Ltd. We now focus on walnut shell processing and walnut kernel trading. With 20years experience of manufacturing walnut shell abrasive and walnut shell filter, our products are largely exported to Japan, Korea, Singapore, Russia, Germany, Netherland, South Arica, USA and so on, annual sales up to more than 10000tons.
Our Factory
Our factory locates in Fenyang city Shanxi province, where is the biggest walnut distributing center of China. Every year over 50% Chinese walnuts are delivered to other place from Fenyang, it makes Fenyang as the biggest walnut shell processing area. Due to raw material advantage and convenient transportation system, we develop steadily year by year and have become the biggest walnut shell processing base.

Product Application
Walnut plugging agent. Walnut Shell is used as a material to resolve lost circulation challenges prevalent in typical drilling operations. Walnut shell is pumped into the well with the mud, this practice is intended to seal perforations to create a more secure and less permeable well environment. It is an easy and efficient solution without significantly altering the drilling fluid consistency. Additionally, walnut shell can be removed and/or recycled effortlessly
Walnut shell is used as abrasive blast media on metals, fiberglass, wood, glass, plastic, and stone. It could clean and scrub any surface residue without scratching or pitting the substrate material or underlying surface.
Walnut shell powder is a biodegradable bedding material, widely used on bed for birds, reptiles, and other animals need sand or rock. It could prevent growth of bacterial and mould.
Walnut shell filter is the best natural filter for removal of oil and grease.
Walnut shell powder is an ideal natural fibrous material assist to exfoliate rough skin in cosmetic products.
